PUMICE is a small design studio in Golden Bay, at the top of the South Island.

We make websites, and pictures of places that haven’t been built yet.

A website for a retreat for women in medicine, and a walk through painted bush to go with it. A house drawn from its floor plan, so the people who’ll live there could stand in it first. A website for the gallery down the road. And now and then something of our own: a film about one small island, and studies of what coloured light does to glass.
